Vicky’s Homes Has Their Hands Full
Local Custom Home Builder Adds Two Prestigious National Awards to Growing Collection
May 16, 2017, Edmonton – The team at Vicky’s Homes were once again recognized for its growing success at the Canadian Home Builder Association’s (CHBA) National Awards for Excellence this past weekend.
“This is an annual CHBA event that we really look forward to,” says Vicky Kujundzic, CEO of Vicky’s Homes. “It is a time when we can get together and celebrate achievements with fellow industry professionals from across the country.”
Indeed, celebrations were in order as Vicky’s Homes collected two of the thirty-nine National Awards that were handed out on the night at the CHBA’s 74th National Conference in St. Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Kujundzic and her team took home top honours in the New Home Awards, with their distinct Venzo design selected as the country’s best One-storey Bungalow in the Detached Home category. The company’s promotional prowess was also acknowledged as they rounded up a Marketing Award for their Direct Promotion – Print Campaign “Stress Free and Move in Ready”.
This marks the second year in a row that Edmonton’s premier custom homebuilder has racked up multiple prizes at the CHBA’s National Awards evening, which recognizes the country’s best new homes, home renovations, community development as well as superior marketing and design.
“We’ve really had an amazing run so far,” says Kujundzic. “Not only are we earning praise within our local communities, but others around the country are also acknowledging our hard work, commitment to quality and ongoing dedication to the industry.”
In January, Vicky’s Homes received the 2017 Best of Houzz award in the Design category for a third consecutive year as well as the 2017 Service Award. This past March, the company was also named Edmonton’s Small Volume Builder of the Year and the Venzo was awarded the prize for Best Estate Home Over $1 Million at the regional Canadian Home Builder Association gala event.
With more than 15 years of custom home building experience and a reputation for superior results, Kujundzic is looking forward to building on her success. “We are so lucky to be able to do what we love,” she says. “These awards are just proof that we are doing it well and that people appreciate our efforts.”
