A Trophy Room for Vicky’s Homes?
Local Custom Home Builder wins national housing awards
May 6, 2016, Edmonton – The team at Vicky’s Homes are toasting success again after not one, but two wins at the National Awards for Housing Excellence this past weekend.
“We are absolutely delighted,” says Vicky Kujundzic, CEO of Vicky’s Homes. “To be recognized nationally by the CHBA as a leader in such a competitive field is both an honour and a privilege.”
This is the first year that metro Edmonton’s premier custom homebuilder has submitted entries to the national awards program which singles out the country’s best new homes, home renovations, community development as well as superior marketing and design.
In March, the CHBA announced that Vicky’s Homes had been selected by a national panel of judges as finalists in four distinct award categories. The revamped awards program had attracted nearly 700 entries from across the country and Vicky’s Homes had more houses in the running for top honours than any other builder in Edmonton.
This past weekend, Kujundzic and her team were on hand at the Association’s 73rd National Conference in Kelowna, British Columbia where 33 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence were presented to Canada’s building and design elite.
In addition to winning for best home 3001-4000 sf for their Cameron Heights ‘Vittorio’ show home, Vicky’s Homes won for best Interior Decorating in Canada. The Vittorio not only reflects outstanding functionality, innovative design solutions and quality craftsmanship, it is an entertainer’s dream.
With more than 15 years of custom home building experience and a reputation for superior results, Vicky’s Homes is on a roll.
Last year Vicky’s Homes earned four awards at the CHBA Edmonton gala including the Builder of the Year award in the single family/small volume category. In January, the company also took home the 2016 Best of Houzz award in the Design category for a second consecutive year.
